​​​Job Title: Maintenance Technician

First Shift Hours - 7:00a to 3:30p

Position Summary 
This position will maintain, repair and troubleshoot the production, support and utility equipment including machines and systems involved with injection molding and packaging.  May also be required to maintain, repair and troubleshoot support equipment, including air compressors, air dryers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, water treatment systems, evaporative coolers, exhaust fans and air conditioners

Work Hours - 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00a to 3:30p. May be required to work overtime or on weekends.

Expected Starting Pay Range - $17.00 to $18.00

Examples of Job Duties
Support preventive maintenance and daily repair of injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules, test and make adjustments.

Participate with set up reduction improvements of specific injection molding presses, molds and auxiliary equipment (conveyors, dryers, thermolators, etc.). Troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and electronic and/or combined systems on Injection Molding Machines and support equipment.

Strong understanding of operation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical drive systems (belt / pulley systems, gear boxes, etc.). Strong understanding Pump and Compressor operation, repair, installation, and maintenance. Strong understanding of operation and repair on various types of valves. Complete proper records regarding machine maintenance (process history, etc.). Operate vehicles, mechanized devises, or equipment. Serve as an “on-call” technician during off-hours, weekends and holidays as part of the call-out rotation to perform limited troubleshooting and repair mechanical equipment.  Preferred that a candidate have an understanding injection molding processing and be able to assist Mold Techs with machine problems.

This job requires activity including standing and walking during entire shift, lifting up to 30 pounds, frequently bending, stooping, squatting or twisting, repeatedly grasping and other finger or hand manipulations.


​​Job Title: Tool Shop - Entry Level

First Shift Hours - 6:30a to 3:00p with a 30 minute unpaid lunch

Position Summary - Does this sound like you?
This entry level position will be working with experienced tool and mold staff to learn the skills of the trade. The approach is hands-on through the assignment of a variety of tasks designed to cover all basic aspects of the trade

Responsibilities include:
• Work with mold makers to learn the tool and mold trade.
• Become proficient in the operation of machines necessary to accomplish work needed to repair, build and complete major revisions to tooling. Machines include CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, CNC Multi Axis Machining Centers and CAD/CAM programming.
• Handle molds with hoists and power-assisted trucks.
• Operate company vehicles to pick up or deliver product or supplies - must have valid operator's license
• Responsible for Tool Shop tools, inspect tools and supplies and locate in the appropriate areas
• Clean machines and sweeps/mops shop floors to ensure they are clean and safe.


Job Title: Tool Shop - Machinist

First Shift Hours - 6:30a to 3:00p with a 30 minute unpaid lunch

Position Summary - This position machines parts for injection molds in the plastics industry using CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, CNC Multi Axis Machining Centers and performs CAD/CAM programming.

Responsibilities include CNC operations including programming, machine set-ups, calibrations, adjusting speeds, feeds, and depth of cut, to machined parts to specifications set forth in blueprints, drawings, engineering orders, etc. Maintains specifications by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; editing programs; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Handle molds with hoists, die trucks and power-assisted trucks

Skills and abilities include a strong working knowledge of CNC operations including programming, set up and operation; the ability to calculate dimensions and close tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and precision machines and instruments; the ability to work within in close tolerances using cutting tools, gauges, and other machinists´ tools; the ability to safely operate forklift and other material moving equipment and to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.


Job Title: Injection Molding Press Operator

This position is continually open as we build an applicant pool to fill on-going needs.  

First Shift Hours - 7:30a to 3:30p

Second Shift Hours - 3:30a to 11:30p

Third Shift Hours - 11:30p to 7:30a

Position Summary - Duties include monitoring injection molding press, finishing and trimming of parts, inspecting parts, packing parts, reporting paperwork, and work area cleaning. ​Starting Pay is $11.00 per hour.
